Customers can return a product in case of any problem during delivery such as > broken, > wrong size, > internal/external damaged, > unusable, or mismatched with the product description.
Customers must notify with image to our respective team about the return by mail to kabiretrade1@gmail.com or by calling +880-1922457929 within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving it, If the ordered product is not in our stock, we will refund your paid price within 7 days
DELIVERY
We have delivery with some of the best courier services that providers ensured with the fastest and safest delivery. We ensure delivery within 3 days for inside Dhaka City and 5 days for outside Dhaka. The days will be counted after your order has been handover to the courier by our warehouse team.
